Staff; cleanness; location; room size; breakfast. A real gem of the hotel is the staff - friendly, proactive, helpful and effective. We were offered a room upgrade for an additional small price. Our room was clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated, but we would like more shelves and drawers to put our stuff, both in the room and in the bathroom. The area around the sink would be more convenient if the accessories provided by the hotel were put at a separate case or box instead of being scattered around. The location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to see was at a very short walking distance. The terrace where breakfast is served is very nice and has a beautiful view. We liked the format of the breakfast: you fill in the form one day in advance with what you choose to eat, where you want the breakfast to be served and when. Everything was delicious, especially the bio bread. The coffee is just ok, it could be better.

Excellent location. Literally steps away from Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and Duomo di Milano. It’s so near that we returned to the hotel to drop off our shoppings or for bathroom use on and off. Ample restaurant choices nearby. Panzerotti Luini is just next to hotel entrance. Entrance to the metro is also just steps away ! Very clean and spacious room. Very helpful and responsive staff, offering us advice on our travel plans. Staff at front desk responds via WhatsApp immediately ! Freshly prepared breakfast was at a very pretty terrace on the top floor. Definitely our choice hotel on our next Milan trip.

Great location. Huge double room with a lot of space to lay out your things. The option to have breakfast delivered to your room is fantastic. Staff were great with providing useful information. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Everything was perfect the room, location and staff. Facilities were great and added bonus of steam in the shower! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and they even gave us one day breakfast free. The rooftop and breakfast room is really modern and cute I loved everything. For sure will stay in this hotel again - the rooms were really good size and with plenty of mirrors for us to get changed for our concert. The location you cannot beat it’s close to everything! Very clean too perfect stay.

The location is hand down the best in milano for the price .. everything "EVERYTHING" is a walking distance from 2-10 min. You are in the heart of milano with the inconveience of transportation.. highly recommended. This the perfect defintion of a boutique hotel, small yet elegant, and the staff are very well trained and extremly proffissional and lobed the fact that they communicate with you through whatssapp making your stay extra cosy and special. Highly Highly recommended. The staff are extremyl helpfull from the minute you book the booking (even way before check in) until after check out. The hotel is nested within the best resturants, cafes, and shopping distinations. I would definitly chose it if I had to come back to milano. Dont miss the small bakery just beside the hotel.. they can arrange airport transfer way cheaper than the usual ways.

This wonderful hotel is a gem in the heart of Milan’s central district. Convenient to all the important sites it offers a level of comfort and space not often found in other Italian hotels. Since there are only 11 rooms on the property the service is personal, efficient, and exceptional in every way. Amira hosted us with VIP attentiveness. She is personable and welcoming and made us feel like we were at a home away from home. The breakfast on the upper terrace is a treat in itself. The room was the largest we have had in Italy and the super sized king bed was luxurious and comfortable!

Absolutely love this boutique hotel! Everything was perfect strategic location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a quiet and spotless room, and a high-quality breakfast. The staff also provided great restaurant recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. The reception team arranged a taxi in no time, allowing me to catch my train without stress. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and will definitely return on my next trip!
